INPUT ARRAY QUESTION

Does anyone know how to start an INPUT ARRAY statement on any other line other than the first? An example of what I'm trying to do is have the cutrsor start on the first blank line of an array, allowing the user to immediatly start entering new lines AND be able to scroll back to see existing lines.
