[SNIPPED] Hello Tom, we use the Informix-Star (V7.xx) shipped by Informix to connect via Odbc to our OL-database. It works good and fast. The client-software, you need is Informix-CLI, which is an odbc-driver for PC's. (Or use other ones....) After install, you must edit the /etc/services and define an stack for use for the listener. Hope, this is your the match answer. bye Andy -----------== Posted via Deja News, The Discussion Network ==---------- http://www.dejanews.com/ Search, Read, Discuss, or Start Your Own
