What you need to do is if the Mirror config parameter is not set to 1,
you need to set it to 1 to turn on mirroring, bring down the online
and restart it. Once you are back online, you can mirror any dbspace
that you want to. You do not need to reinitialize(oninit -i) your
Informix instance to turn on mirroring.
