Help w/ I-NET & Powerbuilder

I am trying to understand what is needed to setup a true client-server environment w/Informix Online v5.0 or v7.x while using Powerbuilder ver 4.xx as the front-end app. Background: I have about 100-200 users across the nation & overseas that ll want to connect to the Informix DB. My understanding is that I-NET is on the host and some client software (PC-NET??) is needed on each PC/Workstation to connect to the database. 1) Is this correct? 2) Is PC-NET the client software? 3) Anyone have a guestimate as to the cost of a site license of I-NET? 4) Info. about the distribution of PC-NET? Royalty free (don't laugh)? 5) Does Online ver 7.xx include I-NET automatically? If so, what about the client side? Any other info would be greatly appreicated. E-mail or post. Thanks in advance.
