SQL statement error number -461.

I have a program developed under OnLine 7.23.UC1, and I4GL 6.00.UE3. It runs fine on the development platform (HP9000 E55, HPUX 10.20) with INFORMIXSERVER=juno1. When I port it to the production Application Server (HP9000 G70, HPUX 10.20), with the 4GL runtime (fglverno = 6.00.UE3), and same INFORMIXSERVER (or different, it doesn't matter), I receive the following: {Program stopped at "/opt/acms/main.4gl", line number 5.} {SQL statement error number -461.} {File open error.} I have LD_LIBRARY_PATH=$INFORMIXDIR/lib/tools.
