4GL for Windows 4.11 WE1 Perf. Prob

We are still using I-4GL for Windows 4.11 WE1. We have written code to circumvent all the probs. We have hit up on a performance problem which goes like this. When the user starts using the application he gets a good performance which gradually keeps on degrading. Eventually the application just crawls. If he quits the application and starts again the application preformance improves. Tech support say that there is a memory leak in MS Windows 3.11 and WWG resulting in the performance problem.
