The explosive growth at Xircom has created an exceptional career opportunity for a Network Systems Engineer with the following credentials: A BS degree and a minimum of 4 years experience in a 200+ user network, a minimum of one year of experience in NetWare administration, and CNE certification. Familiarity with Unix, Novell, Windows (NT), OS/2, Internet and Synoptics/Cisco hardware is highly desirable. The selected individual will have the opportunity to architect a "Premier Multinational Network" which will be robust (eg. 100% availability with sub-second response time) and feature-rich (eg. FDDI or ATM backbone, Ethernet/FDDI/ATM switches, routers, "super servers", server for HD-to-HD backup, tape drives, Unix, Netware, NT, OS/2, Windows, MacIntosh, e-mail).
