How to check if a table is locked

The other day I asked for a question, I could not look for the answer so I am resending the question. I am working with SQL in a informix SE engine. I don't know how to check if a table is locked and the lock mode of the database. Thanks. F.J.Zarazaga (fjzarazaga@mcps.unizar.es)
