RE: unable to attach to shared memory

Looks like you're missing the M (for Messaging, I believe) segment in
memory. Do you have a line in your onconfig that looks like this:
NETTYPE ipcshm,1,35,CPU # Configure poll threads for nettype
ipcshm is the shared memory protocol used for internal communication.
Your parameters may be different, so long as the line appears and the
first number is more than 0.
