Alarm program on IDS9.30UC1

Dear All, I have a problem, I have installed alarm program on my IDS9.30UC1 running on Solaris 8, but it never work ?, I have using script that work fine on my IDS7.31, when installing on IDS9.30UC1 no response at all ? Does anybody could help please to find out why ? ist a bug for this version rgds abdoell
What happens when you run the script from command line? Is the script still with executable permission? does it have syntax errors? Did you install it AFTER re-starting the engine? Does the #! line (I assume it has one) point to an existing shell or other interpreter such as Perl?

Are you sure that you inserted the name of the alarm program in the right place of the onconfig file? In ALARMPROGRAM and not in SYSALARMPROGRAM? Ruediger
