RE: IDS crashes on Windows

My associate informed me he ran a Windows Update session on that
server a couple of weeks ago. I've checked and the oninit process adds
about 30 - 40 handles per minute. I've decided to bounce the engine
every few days until we can figure out which patch caused the problem or
upgrade the engine.
