Re: isam error: cannot write log record
Posted in 1996
Hi
We have had similar problems with large updates using dbaccess e.g.
inserting or deleting several thousand rows on a Data General Aviion UG,
but have not experienced the same problem on SCO UNIX to the same
extent. Can you lock a table within dbaccess ?
I thought it must have been that our transaction ...automatically set by
dbaccess was too big and the settings on DG UX were not configured
adequately in some way. Is it just the locks ?
Many thanks
