Help! Text Formatter

I am in need for an ascii text formatter. We use an Informix database on an HP 9000 K200 running HP-UX 10.10. Our 4gl program gathers information from the database, produces an ascii text file, nroff's the ascii file, and sends it to the HP LaserJet printer via TCP/IP. Nroff does not support our reporting needs. I want to print multiple sized fonts and ,most important, print tables. I want something that can be run straight from the command line and is simple to use. Anyone have any suggestions? Please let me know, any help will be appreciated.
