Hi Malcolm, Long time no speak. Anyway, the policy may be much more shortsighted than Informix think. Although it looks like the pricing will be similar to the new Gupta SQL 5 pricing it does smack of the usual arrogant pricing of a large company. I though perhaps Informix had learnt their lesson over Smartware pricing. -- Ian Murphy
