IECC VisiBroker 3.0 Osagent!

When I try to start this service, the following error appears: Could not start the IECC VisiBroker 3.0 Osagent service on \\\\COMPUTERNAME. Error 0002: The system cannot find the file specified. Which file?? It is not described even in Event Viewer. I installed and uninstalled Informix 7.30 several times. And at once this service was not working anymore. Now when I am disconnected from network (at home), I can not Connect to local database from IECC (but the database server works fine). But when am in the office (connected to the network with several IDS 7.3), I can connect to my local database. What's wrong ? Thanks Rok
