Error 4339-Out of dataspace memory

Hi, I'm getting error -4339 (which finderr reports as a compilation error and helpfully suggests that I recompile as smaller nodules) when running a number of programs. The error is reported by the runner rather than the engine. The 4gi runs for some time before curling up its toes and only does so now it has been deployed to a client site!; it has been tested on three different platforms without problem. This is happening to a number of programs. Does anyone know: What dataspace memory is? What contributes to it? Can the limit be increased? How do I reduce requirements?
