Any telnet client or terminal emulator should do, but you will sometimes
have to tweak 'temcap' in your Informix tree, or system termcap, or system
terminfo (depending on version of your Informix products and setings of
your environment).
Some particularly bad terminal clients tend to split escape sequences
between packets, so that dbaccess editor (or vi, for that matter) mistake
beginning of a sequence (such as cursor movement) for a stand-alone escape.
As far as I know, in that case there is nothing you can do.
