dostats question on SPL

Question about dostats. Is it possible to forcibly exclude a stored procedure from update stats while still updating stats for all other procedures? The -x option seems to only allow excluding a table/database. We are using "Features Version 4.10, Source Revision: 1.79". Thanks Jeff
