GLS problem

We have IDS 7.3 on AIX 4.1. When I create database with locale pl_pl.CP1250, I have problem with collate order. In file 04e2.cm not corresponding with LatinII ASCII Table. How I can change it? How compile *.cm to *.cmo or *.lc to *.lco? I'll be appreciate for help... Thanks. Jarek B.
