Support for ESQL/C

Support for CSDK, specifically ESQL. One of my potential clients has recently received a quotation directly from IBM, in which they have been quoted several thousand pounds for support on ESQL. I had always previously thought that support on the CSDK products was provided free-of-charge by IBM provided the customer had a valid support contract for one of the engine products. Does anyone else share my recollection - or indeed know it to be wrong? The maintenance is definitely listed in passport Advantage, so perhaps I do have it wrong ... thanks Neil
