Do you know what is the reason that table got dropped in informix database? We use SCO/unix and informix se. Not only the table(only one table) disappeared in the database, but also we found some data lost in other tables. We do have tape back up. Could you please tell me how to load the data from tname.dat and tname.idx back to database? Should I create a temp table using tname.dat and tname.idx (how?) and then unload data and load them to the normal table?
