Sun Online DiskSuite & Informix

Looking for any information or experiences using Informix 5.0 and the Sun Online DiskSuite for Stripping. Currently have system doing mirroring on two drives on one controller and the mirrors on another. Would like to know if I should expect some improvments by going to stripping? Will I be able to mirror and stripe at the same time? For mirroring, should I continue to use the informix software or should I do it both (if possible) with the DiskSuite software??
