The "catch 22" issue was resolved with assistance from online support (#437614) by updating the syscdr state, then re-running the ./concdr.sh 9.21 9.4 command again. The program got further along, but still crashed due to a problem with our sqlhosts file setup. Since the sqlhosts file problem is a separate issue, I will treat as a different post. Thanks for all the help. Daniel
