dbexport to tape on IDS 7.3

How do i get dbexport to export to tape on unixware 7.01 on IDS 7.30.UC2? I was told by our informix salesmanager that with this vn i could do an export to tape where the size is greater than 2 Gb. With online 5 , a tape size of 2 Gb was the limit. I only have online manuals at present and cannot find any deent doc for dbexport but if i try: dbexport palace -ss -t /dev/rmt/ctape2 -b 64 -s 4000000 -f palace_saturn.sql i get Block size must be less than or equal to tape size which was the same error on online due to the fact that the tape size was too big
