Roland Try increasing the TBLSPACES configuration parameter and restarting the = instance. We had this problem once when we could not DROP DATABASE with = TBLSPACES set to 200 and our application tables numbered around 250. = Increasing TBLSPACES to 300 did the trick. When I try to drop a database, I encountered an error 214. The error message mentioned something about can't find table in syscolumns. I also try dropping all the tables from this database and then do a drop database. Still it didn't work. I am using informix 5.x. Regards, Ronald Lim
