dbload 1.03

Some people at work are using the dbload from version 1.03 against an XA4.10.UC1 engine, because it runs MANY TIMES FASTER. - Any ideas why dbload now crawls? - Any idea if this is a safe thing to do? (I wouldn't, but 5 minutes vs 25 minutes *is* significant) - Any idea what "XA" as version prefix means?
