Use 'run' from 4gl prog

We have 4gl programs that use a variable 'runcmmd' that is loaded similar to this example "fglgo /informix/user/program.4gi" We then use run runcmmd from the 4gl program and the /usr program will run in the background. The problem is that we have just upgraded from an ibm r6k c10 with aix 4.2.1 and r4l rds 4.16, sql 4.16, 4gl id 4.16, se 5.07 to r6k f50 with aix 4.3.2 and 4gl rds 4.20, sql 4.20, 4gl id 4.20, se 5.10 Now when the run runcmmd is executed from the programs the programs executing in the background are generating 'database not found or no system permission SYSTEM error 2' The background process is using the same database as the program that executed the run runcmmd. The database was moved using dbexport/dbimport and all programs were recompiled on the new system.
