Process Priority, How ?

Hi all: Is there a way to have INFORMIX OnLine 5.x thru 7.x (Or whatever) manage the process priority?. User A: -----> Batch App. --------------- OnLine System User B:------> --------------- Normal App. User C:------> Normal App. We would like OnLine System to attend users b and c normally and user a (which is running a batch process that we don't care to take a long time) with a low priority.
