(Seems like the long way round so I'll mail you as well) As far as I know, the only way to do this is to use the 'BEFORE INSERT' and 'BEFORE DELETE' statements, dumping the user out and enclosing the whole 'INPUT ARRAY' statement within a 'WHILE' loop which only exits if the user hits the accept or delete keys. -----------------------------------> simc@cix.compulink.co.uk Don't just do something - sit there!
