Python interface to Informix

Is anyone out there using one of the Python database modules with Informix (see http://www.python.org/topics/database/modules.html)? I just want some input on how well it works and whether you had any problems with compiling/installing/using the module. In particualr, do you use one of the Informix specific modules or do you use one of the ODBC modules?
