Hi,
Is there a way to create a read-only database for the creator? Maybe
this is trivial, but the following test script fails because the 3rd
insert succeeds.
Thanks for the help in advance,

create table tdummy1
( dummy_cd char(5) primary key,
dummy_descr varchar(255,1) not null
)
;
insert into tdummy1
values ("test1","This is only a test. This is the first record");
insert into tdummy1
values ("test2","This is only a test. This is the 2nd record");
revoke all on "adiehl".tdummy1 from "adiehl";
grant select on "adiehl".tdummy1 to "adiehl";
insert into tdummy1
values ("test3","This is only a test. This is the 3rd record");
