utils2_ak on HPUX?

As I've indicated to Art, I've tried with no success to compile utils2_ak or components thereof on our system; we're HP-UX11i, c4gl not esql, and non-GNU. These are non-changeable variables; a corporate matter I have no control over. Seems all these three factors make compilation of the package impossible. We have no esql knowledge here and yes I have changed everything in all the makefiles that may be relevant. We're getting stupid compile errors all over the place. Has anyone else with the same setup as us got it compiled (or even just dostats or myshcema)? Thanks Malc

Can't you just install gnu for personal use? Or do you have the BSAFH? -- Bye now, Obnoxio Information within this post contains forward looking statements within the meaning of Section 27A of the Securities Act of 1933 and Section 21B of the S E C Act of 1934. Look, I'm just the DBA here, hence a Man Of No Importance. Install code for personal use? Man, this place is locked down tighter than your wallet.......
