How about:
database sysmaster;
select dbs.name dbspace_name, dbsname dbase_name, tabname tab_name
from sysdbspaces dbs, sysptprof
where trunc(partnum/1048576) = dbs.dbsnum
and dbsname = "<database name>"
and tabname = '<table name>'
