IDS - onutil in onstat -g ntd

Hello all,
Quick question that I have not been able to find an answer to yet
via the normal channels (doc, info center, Google, etc). I looked at
the info center but it only shows what the output is, not what the
output means. So, in Informix Dynamic Server 9.40UC7 on linux 2.6
kernel, I was wondering about the onutil at the bottom of the list of
Client Types. I know it is an XPS utilitiy, but I was wondering why
it would be showing up in my network stats on a IDS instance. I know
the traffic on this test system is hitting a fragmented table pretty
heavily and I am inclinded to think that it has to do with that, but I
could not find any documentation confirming or denying that. Any
insight into where I could find an explaination of what the onutil
"client" is doing in the IDS engine would be appreciated or if there
is a link you could point me to that I could read, I would be very
thankful.
Cheers,
Russ

Looks like HDR traffic is placed in the onutil column
