Cron has nothing but the most basic environment by default; you'll have to have a script that sets things like ONCONFIG, DBPATH, INFORMIXDIR, etc. The simpliest way to do it is to put the environment that works OK into a file: env > filename Then edit the file to set the necessary parameters. -- //////////////// ======================================================= ////////// // Dennis J.
