INFORMIX On-Line v7.23 - Unixware 2.1 - HELP

We have a problem with using terminal types vt100 and vt220 on Informix OnLine v7.23 running on Unixware 2.1. Does anybody else have this problem. Our software house have told us that Informix are looking into it. Does anybody have any ideas regarding this problem. Is it the port from Informix or is it a Unixware problem ?.
