Selecting multiple databases in Informix/SE

I am posting the answer for two users who sent me a note. To select the multiple databases: DBPATH=/u/ruchi/billing:/usr4/dbasesexport DBPATH In 4gl, you could select the database using the DATABASE command, example as follows: DATABASE billing CLOSE billing DATABASE teledata The only problem is that in 4gl, you could switch the database as I described above but could not make two database active at the same time.
