Translating with DrWatson… this can take a few seconds the first time.
This is a genuine, complex translation. DrWatson protects commands, error codes, and log output while naturally translating the surrounding text. It’s translated once and saved.

Hello!
I'm playing around with the sysindexes table to write a 'recreate index' utility.
I tried
---
#!/usr/bin/ksh
dbaccess << EOF
database sysmaster
select idxname, tabid, leaves, levels from sysindexes;EOF
---
but the columns for leaves and levels are always empty.
I would like to get this information to calculate a
value for starting or skipping a 'recreate index'.
The printed documentation says nothing about these columns.

Thankx,
Erik
