RAM Usage In Client/Server

Hi, Can someone please explain the memory usage for a say, approx. 1.00 MB of 4gi program (compile using RDS) which runs in the client ? How to estimate the memory usage for both server and client respectively for each user ? I really appreciate any feedback from any of you guys and thank you in advance.
