DBimport terminates without any warnings
Posted in 2004
I have setup a brand new instance on a production box with 5 instances
already there. No problems when setting up the instance - such as
adding dbspaces, logical logs, physical log etc.
But when I try to import data from a copy of a database, dbimport
terminates when it encounters a certain table with fields such as this
(See below for complete definition):
default interval ( 0:15) hour to minute not null ,
No error messages or warning messages. I suspect nothing to do with
the definition of the table but something wrong in the config.
Have I setup anything incorrectly ? I have checked the SERVERNUM
parameter is unique. The data itself is not corrupt because I have
successfully imported into another development instance. We are using
IDS 9.21 FC7 on HPUX 11.0.
Any ideas ?
Thanks in advance
Prashant
