HDR setup informix 12.1

Hi Gurus, I'm trying to setup a HDR (2 nodes) using informix 12.1 and RHEL 6. i am having problem on connecting the primary and secondary. This is what i have done so far.. 1. Server1 and Server2 installed, up and running, default settings for all. 2. setup ssh keys on both servers and able to connect to each other using ssh keys without issue. 3. setup /etc/hosts.equiv and .rhosts on both servers 1 and 2. 4. sqlhosts setup as per document for 12.1 5. setup /etc/services and added both tcp ports for instance1 and instance2 is there any working document that you can share?.

He had rsh disabled.
