Visual Cafe w/Informix

1) Does anyone have a piece of Visual Cafe code that has a select statement with a where clause and the use of a screen input field as the host variable (e.g., SELECT ssn from employee WHERE lastname = ?)? 2) Does anyone have some Visual Cafe code that inserts into a table with a serial column, and gets the value of the generated serial number for that row from the SQLCA.SQLERRD(2) variable?
