Help: Finderr crashed on NT4/SP5 workstation but not with Administrator..

Hi all, After installed Informix-CLI SDK 32bits 2.5 on my NT workstation 4.0/SP5 with local Adminitrator of this NT workstation, I login with my username to the network....I tried to load Finderr program....but It crashed with Dr Watson...error message....blah blah blah... But it can start up no problem with local Administrator user of this NT workstation.... Does someone see this problem before? Thanks in advance for any help... H.V
