Any ideas why ISM will not start?

I'm receiving the following at the cmd line when attempting to start ISM. ISM has worked on this box in the past. Any help would be greatly appreciated. [3012] Hello Darren, You can try the following sounds like you have index corruption of the media database. nsrck -X this will check the retention periods and expiration periods nsrck -m this will check the media database. If the above doesn't correct the problem then I would recommend renaming the mm directory, and redoing the ism_startup -init Then ism_catalog -recreate_from device. We had this error before, it happened at times when we performed a restore of /informix/<SID>/ism directory. Realised that to avoid this problem, the ism engine should be shutdown before a backup of /informix/<SID>/ism directory. An OSS note was subsequently edited to include this as a caution to users who may be do a backup and restore of this sort.
