Urgent !!! Problems with ontape -r on Win NT

Hi I'm having problems to perform an ontape -r on a NT Machine I'm using IDS 7.30.TC9 and NT 4.0 Service Pack 4 The ontape -s is working, but when I try to restore it with ontape -r I receive the following error message: Physical Resore failed - R:\\archive\\buc_fe.c: Archive API processing failed at line 703 for msgtype. The ontape shows the dbspaces that are going to be restored, and I confirm. Then it asks if I wanto to backup the logs... the answer is no... then after a few moments the error message appears. I must restart the NT session, and then use the IECC to bring up the database, and everything is still the same... databases, dbspaces... everything seems ok... On the IECC Console events the following error messsage appears: Internal Subsystem Failure - Subsystem 'MT' failed (twice) Internal Subsystem Failure - Subsystem 'Buffer' failed (twice) Does anybody have an idea of what is happening ??? If I have problems, I would not be able to restore my archives ??? Please help !!!
