Use I4GL -- ACE cannot do what you want.
Or, you can do the prompting using the shell, and then write, compile and
run the ACE report on the fly. I've done this sort of thing with a
dbschema type program where the user can specify the list of tables to be
'schemaed' on the command line.

Ouch -- a different table for each day? I wonder if your design is really
