Windows SE Questions

Just updated to Windows SE from 4.10 (msdos) and finding things to be very different than before... Seems like alot of neat features have been added. I guess running pstartsql from the prompt is no longer possible and dbaccess seems to be the way to what isql/pisql used to do. Is this true? Or is there a way to run isql from windows? Also, what about running reports/forms? Informix didn't install icons for the forms and reports. Does this mean I won't be able to use their report writer and screen generators? I'm guessing that I'll need to use a front-end pkg (maybe Q+E or something like it), or can I still use sacego like I used to?
