Stored Procedure Config Control

This may be a hoary old chestnut, but I'm stumped as to how to go about implementing configuration control for stored procedures and the like. This must surely have been an issue for many of you as you travelled the Informix straight-n-narrow, so any comments from wise old heads much appreciated. In addition, I've decided on SourceSafe for the New Era configuration control (only 'cause the blokes next door had a licensed copy), but if anyone likes/dislikes a particular product for Windows Conf.
