Screen capture of 4gl Screens

I am running INFORMIX 4.11 RDS on SCO UNIX 3.2.4 and would like to incorperate screen shots into my documentation. Does anyone know how this can be done, so I can import the screen shots into a Word for Windows document. Thanks in advance Steve.... P.S.
