Dissapearing forms - need help

I have a problem in ISQL that I'm hoping someone can help me with. We have recently upgraded to Open Server 5 and the problem started at that point. After I generate a new form in ISQL the form does not show up in the list of forms when I try to run it. I can type in the new form name and it runs fine. The .frm and .per exist in the directory where the forms are kept. Any help would be most appreciated. Daniel
